Frontend Developer

What you'll do
- Build and support data services in the cloud
- Implement features to meet product goals, as well as to ensure operational scalability and reliability
- Follow software development best practices
- Collaborate with team members and leads to prioritize work and deliver in an agile environment
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience writing code in a professional setting
- Ability to demonstrate productive development in at least one modern object-oriented programming language, such as Go, Python, C++, or Java
- Willingness to learn new languages and technologies
- Experience with cloud technologies
- Experience building and supporting distributed systems
- Experience supporting and deploying to production systems
- Experience implementing solutions to meet customer needs
- Experience working within a team of engineers
Bonus Points
- Experience with Go
- Experience designing reliable software solutions
- Ability to work with customers to understand requirements
- Experience with data engineering, including building data pipelines and designing data-intensive systems
- Experience with data format optimization; SQL and NoSQL database experience
- Experience contributing to open source solutions
